Mental Health at Home

Hello Families of Springfield Middle School,

I know many of you are experiencing some additional stress and anxiety with the next few weeks of educating at home and the uncertainty of the future. I want to share some tools that may help you and your children stay grounded, take some well-deserved breaks and stay in a positive mindset.
It is important that we acknowledge our overwhelming emotions as they arise and try to ease the negative impacts.
I am available by email or phone, see below.
Stay safe and mentally well.
